Kamal Fraser is the founder of Caribbean Jerk Cuisine and will be acting as the head chef. He has held managerial positions with Angelo's Steak and Pasta in Myrtle Beach, SC. Also, he worked for the Courtleigh Hotel & Suites and the Sutton Place Hotel that is now the "Knutsford Court" in Kingston, Jamaica. In addition, he received his degree in culinary arts and has over 20 years of experience cooking in some of the finest restaurants.
